Serenity Wellness Center provides individual, marital and family counseling that integrates sound psychological, spiritual and social principles to help people grow in their life satisfaction. Our counseling principles help clients develop a positive self-image, emotional stability, communication skills, healthy thinking patterns, strengthen their ability to cope with stressful situations and enhance their physical, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual development They learn how to become empowered by having the ability to positively influence their own actions and behaviours, outside from external factors that would normally lead to mental imbalance in health and vital energy.

MINDFULNESS THERAPY
Mindfulness is the practice of staying aware of ones emotional, physical, and mental state without judgment. Besides deeper self-awareness, mindfulness therapy helps with attention to how one’s body reacts to certain situations and stress. Clients learn to understand their thoughts and feelings, as well as how to accept these without losing self-control to them.
ART THERAPY
Art therapy focuses on the art process rather than the final form. How the client feels while making the art and what they learn about themselves is the most important thing.
